RULES AND REGULATION
  1. Booking of the Dharamshala is only for maximum of 15 days.
  2. Advance booking of the Dharamshala shall make for minimum of 5 days and maximum of 15 days.
  3. Person may contact Mr. Ranjan Kumar at Registered Office Mobile:- 9560511243 from Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Contact Person at Dharamshala Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mobile- 7303185503, 9472811687 and Jawahar Ji Mobile- 8459488359. All working days from 11AM to 8PM.
  4. Reservation Form can be obtained from Office or downloaded from our website. 
  5. Person must read all the rules carefully and fill the reservation form properly with Full Name, Address, Proper contact Telephone Number or Mobile Number and also fill contact number of relatives or guardian so they can be contacted in case of emergency.
  6. Person should carry Photo ID, Address Proof in ORIGINAL and copy of the same for submission at the time of occupying the rooms/hall in Dharamshala.
  7. Deposit can be only accepted if your reservation has been done. Deposit can be given by cash / NEFT / online transfer should be in the name of “MEERA PRAKASH SUDI BHAWAN” OF DELHI BANK ONLY.
  8. Maximum 4 persons along with children can stay in one room. No person can stay in rooms/blocks whose name is not mentioned in reservation form.
  9. Reserved Block / Room cannot be changed. It can be changed only in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  10. There is a facility of kitchen in a Block. You can use gas or utensils by paying extra charges.
  11. If person cannot reach at Dharamshala as per date mentioned in reservation form, Dharamshala will wait for 2 day for that person. After this period, reservation will be treated as Cancelled and deposit cannot be refunded.
  12. The Cleaning charge for Hall / Room will be calculated for period from midnight of reserved date to midnight of end date on 24 hours basis.
  13. Dharamshala is nearby to Shani Bazar Chowk and nearest Metro Station are Nawada and Dwarka More.
  14. If for any reason there is a cancellation, you have to inform Dharamshala 5 days before the date of arrival, 75% of the advance money will be refunded otherwise NO REFUND shall be entertained.
  15. The Management reserves the right to change the room/hall booked in advance by person in case of unavoidable circumstances.
  16. Consumption and carrying of alcoholic drinks or substance and smoking of cigarette / bidiis strictly prohibited in Dharamshala.
  17. The person shall compensate for any damage caused to property or assets of Dharamshala.
  18. The person will have to pay enhanced cleaning charges if the management enhances cleaning charges.
